About PVF East - Vienna

PVF-East is full except for offices in DC, River Park, and Kenwood. Please contact your host for information if you are eligible for one of those groups.

We hope you'll come see us at the farmers markets and our roadside stand this summer!

We distribute the shares on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from the Vienna farm (PVF East). We arrive at our last delivery spot by 3 PM, and vegetables can be retrieved from 3 PM until late evening. The vegetables at the farms are packed and ready to go by 1 PM, and wait in an air conditioned room.

PVF East Share Seasons

Summer Share: week of June 1 to September 14 = 16 weeks of summer produce: luscious tomatoes, versatile squashes, swiss chard, garlic, peppers, celery and basil.

Autumn Share: week of September 21 to November 9 = 8 weeks of fall produce: butternut squash, sweet potatoes, celery root, kale, asian greens and salad greens.

Extra Options: to add to your basic share

Egg Share: We offer fresh brown unfertilized eggs from happy birds. These are free moving chickens that live in a hen house (safe from foxes) and eat commercial (not organic) grain.

Fresh Flower Share: We grow a colorful assortment of annual flowers.

About Share Sizes and Prices

Delivery Fee: If you're not picking up at the farm, add this delivery fee. Summer: $48. Autumn: $24.

Mini Share: Designed to feed single folks or couples who eat out often. Approximately 1/4 bushel each week. Summer share: $310. Autumn share: $155

Regular Share: Designed to feed 2 adults most of their weekly vegetable needs. About 1/2 bushel each week. Summer share: $460. Autumn share: $230

Robust Share: Designed to feed a larger family, or strictly vegetarian couple, most of their weekly vegetable needs. As much as one bushel each week. Summer share: $620. Autumn share: $310.

Egg Share: You will receive a half dozen eggs per week. Summer: $40. Autumn: $20.

Fresh Flower Share: You will receive a bouquet of flowers for approximately 12 weeks (from mid-July to mid-September). Summer: $60.

Mom's Bread: Summer: $60. Autumn: $30.

About PVF West - Loudoun

PVF-West is full! We look forward to seeing you at the roadside stand and farmers markets this season!

We distribute the shares on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We arrive at our last delivery spot by 3:30PM, and vegetables can be retrieved from then until late evening. The vegetables at the farm are packed and ready to go by 1 PM, and are available at our roadside stand on Rt 287.

In addition to the Loudoun farm (at the corner of John Wolford Rd and Rt 287), PVF West delivers to pick up locations:

PVF West Share Seasons

ONLY ONE SHARE SIZE AVAILABLE THIS YEAR! And it’s called a "Regular."

Either you will pick up here on the farm, or have it delivered (and you can’t switch back and forth!).

ON FARM Share 24 weeks of produce, June 8-Nov 16, a taste of all three seasons. Spring greens and peas, summer tomatoes, onions and basil, fall roots and greens. $600.

OFF FARM Share: 18 weeks of produce: July 6-Nov 2, dive into early summer favorites of chard and summer squash, move on to luscious summer fare of tomatoes, peppers, eggplant and basil, and a taste of fall squashes and greens. $450 plus delivery Fee of $50 = $500.

Extra Options to add to your basic share:
