Turnip and Apple Salad

  • 1/2 raw turnip grated
  • 2 large green apples, grated
  • Fresh parsley chopped
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • salt and fresh ground pepper to taste


Chop/grate it all up, mix it in a bowl, and you’re ready to eat!

Feel free to experiment with chopped apples and turnips versus grated.  Texture can often determine your favorite and least favorite dishes.
