The two most recent newsletters have been posted. Note that the “In the Bag” is included as part of the newsletter during the fall season.
Fall is the time of squashes, and we’ve got some good Butternut squash recipes to try, including a casserole that I got from Runner’s World magazine, of all places. Also, if you’re near the Wegman’s in Dulles, you might want to pick up the current issue of their magazine. There’s a great section that gives an overview of all the winter squashes and how to cut them.
We’ve also got some new additions to the ID That Veggie page: Chinese broccoli, collards, Mei Qing Choi, and mustard greens.
